OZtoursntix is a travel experience reseller platform operating under the Attractions and Tours Group. By accessing or booking via www.oztoursntix.com.au, you agree to these terms.

We act as an intermediary between customers and activity providers. All bookings are made with the supplier, and the terms of that supplier will also apply.

  • Booking availability and final confirmation are subject to the supplier.
  • Payment is collected via ,Stripe, processed securely through Rezdy.
  • A confirmation email or voucher will be sent upon successful booking.
  • Cancellation policies vary by provider.
  • Check the “Before You Go” or “Cancellation” sections of each experience before booking.
  • Any refund, if applicable, will be subject to the supplier’s policy.
  • OZtoursntix is not liable for losses, injuries, or damages arising from third-party activities.
  • Any disputes regarding safety, refunds, or quality must be directed to the activity provider.
