Start your 2.5-hour walk through Sydney’s history at Archibald Fountain in Hyde Park, where your guide introduces the city’s early colonial story. From there, wind past St Mary’s Cathedral and Hyde Park Barracks, along Macquarie Street and through the Royal Botanic Garden, before heading into The Rocks — the birthplace of modern Sydney.
In The Rocks you’ll wander cobblestone streets, old pubs and heritage buildings that tell stories of convicts, early settlers and the First Nations people who shaped the area, finishing up at Campbells Cove near Circular Quay.
