• Water bottle to stay hydrated

• Smoking or vaping on board the Aquaduck
• Large luggage or bulky items
• Pets (assistance animals excepted)
• Outside food or drinks at SkyPoint
• Tripods or large camera equipment without prior approval

Know before you go

• Arrive at the Aquaduck departure point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time
• Bring your booking confirmation or ticket printed or digital
• Wear comfortable clothing, hat, sunglasses and sunscreen; bring a light jacket in cooler months
• Children can sit in the captain’s seat under staff supervision
• The Observation Deck and Bistro+Bar may be closed for private events on selected dates — check opening status before visiting for the latest information
