What to bring

• Lace-up, closed-toe shoes
• Signed waiver (can be completed online)

Not allowed

• Pregnant participants
• People with neck, back, or heart conditions
• Anyone with a history of shoulder dislocation
• Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Hard plaster casts or restrictive injuries

Know before you go

• Total duration approx. 1 hour 45 minutes (arrive at least 1 hour before flight)
• Weight limit: 105kg (if under 180cm) or 115kg (if over 180cm). Flyers up to 135kg must contact iFLY before booking
• Participants under 18 require parent/guardian consent
• Not suitable for people who are pregnant, have a history of shoulder dislocation, or suffer from serious back, neck or heart conditions
• Flights may be rescheduled or cancelled due to mechanical or operational issues
